CLOCK SPRING® PS
Pipe Support
Clock Spring® Pipe Support (PS) provides effective protection at support or hanger locations and can be applied quickly and easily – requiring no special tools or training. The composite sleeves form a sacrificial wear surface to protect the pipe from wear and corrosion
Clock Spring® PS is a high strength corrosion resistant fiberglass and resin composite sleeve, a high performance adhesive and a filler material. The composite split sleeves are uniquely shaped and sized to wrap around pipe diameters (1320.8 mm). The individual layers are bonded together and to the pipe resulting in a laminate thickness of approximately 0.125-inches (3 mm).
of 0.75″ (19 mm ) to 52″
Clock Spring repairs are fast, economical, safe and easy. Since no cutting or welding is required, there is no risk to the pipeline or environment, no release of greenhouse gases or waste disposal issues.
